I choose Steward Real Estate for several reasons. First, I was very impressed with the organization that Mike and Diane have put together. I knew right away that this was a strong, well organized and growing company. Second, I was really blown away by the advanced use of technology that I say from Steward Real Estate. You do not want your hands tied because of the organization wants to do things “the old way.” Steward Real Estate is actively seeking ways to make doing business easier by utilizing the latest technologies. Third, and this was HUGE for me, No Monthly Fees. I had talked to organizations that where charging above $550/mth and taking around 40% of commissions. Compare that to no fees and I get to keep 80%.
